CheapALot is a B2B (business-to-business) platform. Only registered businesses may purchase from us. You must provide valid business registration details to create an account.
1.2 Minimum Order
The minimum order value is £250. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
1.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude VAT, shipping, and import duties. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
1.4 Product Description
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, as many of our products are clearance stock, customer returns, or liquidation items, they may have minor defects, missing packaging, or be refurbished. Product condition is clearly marked on each listing.
1.5 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by CheapALot. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy
3.1 Clearance Stock
Due to the extreme discount nature of clearance stock (from 1p/unit), all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if items are significantly different from the description or damaged upon arrival.
3.2 Sourcing Orders
For sourcing agent services, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the supplier's policy. We will assist you in negotiating with the factory.
3.3 Notification Period
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, claims will not be accepted.
3.4 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Dispatch Time
Stock orders are dispatched within 24-72 hours. Sourcing orders depend on production lead times.
4.2 Delivery Time
UK mainland: 1-3 working days. European delivery: 3-7 working days. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
4.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Limitation of Liability
CheapALot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CheapALot and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
